[TriLUG] Resetting VPN Password in Ubuntu / Missing gnome-keyring-manager

If I'm not mistaken, NetworkManager stores this in Gconf, so with the  
Gconf editor, you can delete the entry for that VPN connection and  
recreate it.  Or at least I was able to do that in the past, ymmv.
