[TriLUG] Dell wireless

That's what I have - the preloaded laptop.  Note that it came with 7.10 and I upgraded from there.

I should also say that I tried the Linuxforum and a few others as well.  No good.

Also, I absolutely did not mean to denigrate Kevin's efforts.  He only had a few minutes while waiting for a flight.  Hardly conducive to a comprehensive effort. Since then he has been kind enough to send me a few other emails to suggest different things.  

I think my biggest disappointment has been Dell's response.

Dell has started selling laptops preloaded with Ubuntu on them, is it
