[TriLUG] need group calendar recommendation

I'll second a recommendation for Zimbra. It's quite full-featured. To get direct Outlook integration (via plugin) I believe that's only in the paid version, and it likes to have a dedicated OS instance.

The open source version is working completely satisfactorily for me (about six users at present), and the AJAX web UI is proving a great way to avoid concerns with client versioning and software updates. Firefox runs it flawlessly. If you need offline support, the Mozilla Prism based 'zdesktop' client is also working pretty well as of the latest update.

I like Zimbra. There is an open source version, as well as a paid
support version. Runs on Linux, and is exchange like. The web client
is nice, and it works well with outlook, mobile outlook/activesync for
windows mobile, and I'm told, with the mozilla calendaring app. Also
does the rest of the "groupware" stuff, e.g., e-mail, todo lists,
contact lists, etc., so might be more than you need, or might help you
consolidate services.
