[TriLUG] Email: HTML, replies, signatures, and signing

I figured that particular snarky quote would eventually show up.  In short 
form like that, it looks like top posting is ridiculous.  As Warren and I 
pointed out, when dealing with with pages of text, bottom posting is 
annoying.
