My ex-company bought used desktops (for test/scratch hardware) from
http://www.anythingpc.net/.  They were very reasonable when stuff came
up, like an unwiped/wrong sized hard drive, etc.  Their prices were
also pretty darn good.  I'd recommend them, though I'd call ahead to
make sure they have what you want in stock.
