With Analog TV you need one "tuner" per show/stream because each program 
takes up an entire frequency channel.  Some cards have dual tuners.

Digital TV sends several shows/programs on a single frequency channel.  Some 
Linux drivers for digital TV cards allow you to pull all streams out at 
once.  Therefor you should be able to record/watch all UNC programs 
simulataniously with a single digital TV capture card.

We should do a MythTV workshop sometime...
