That doesn't sound like such a chore. I'd skip hunting down a shop with a punch and just do this myself (of course I'm a bit of a DIY nut, YMMV). Use a plate with one of these already punched as a template. Scribe the outline with a nail or some other sharp object, center punch both bolt holes, then drill them. Cut out the slot between the two holes with a jeweler's saw. AC Moore stocks these, they're hidden in the wood crafts section of the store as part of the exacto display. Hungates in Cary stocks them as well, but they're out of stock half the time so it might be a good idea to call ahead. Shouldn't take more than a couple hours to have that sorted out, assuming you have a hand drill.
