[TriLUG] Slow RoadRunner?

Hello from Youngsville.  My numbers are roughly equivalent.  I'd had 8000
down sometimes, but never more than about 250 up.  I've paid for the higher
"turbo" and downloads occasionally get to 12000 down, but uploads didn't
seem to change much.  350up to 380 up max.  :(
