We've been using A2 (a2hosting.com) for some time, and I really like
their packages. They have both standard hosting packages with all the
apps and SSH access, or you can go up just a little and get root on
your own Xen-based virtual Linux box, so you can do it all yourself if
you like. Worth a look!
