[TriLUG] email archiving and viewing

I had considered this as it seemed the easiest route. However, I need a way
for the sender/recipient to tag things with a project number. This isn't
hard as a sender, but I couldn't see a way to do it as a recipient. Maybe I
should have noted that not all "team" members are within our organization.
We also deal with other engineers, architects, etc. who all use different
internal job numbers/names for their projects. So while I could set up a
list per project, there is no guarantee, in fact it is a pretty safe bet,
that not all email regarding that project will be directed to that list.
