Job Description:
*Relocation is available for this position*

The Unix Systems Administrator's role is to provide a single point of
contact for resolving technical problems with Solaris and Red Hat Linux
servers.

The responsibilities include the following:

    * Acquiring, installing, screening, diagnosing, repairing,
maintaining, and upgrading all UNIX /Linux server hardware, operating
system, and software to ensure optimal performance.

    * Optimize servers and related components to achieve high
availability and performance of the various business applications
supported. This includes designing, installing, configuring,
administering, and fine-tuning operating systems and components across
the organization in a timely and efficient manner.

    * Provide recommendations and coordinating activities on
technologies, services, and server/storage configurations

    * Administer and maintain Fiber Channel network(s) for Server, SAN,
and backup hardware connections, corporate backups and storage systems
(NetApp).

    * Must be able to adhere to corporate policies and procedures and
pay attention to security, risk and compliance with various regulations
and assisting in developing policies, standards, and procedures for the
IT server operating environment following the TL9000 process.

    * Candidate will be required to be on-call approximately 1 week a
month, and will provide back-up of designated employee.


Summary of Qualifications:

    * B.S/B.A in Computer Science/MIS, related field or 8+ years
relevant experience

    * 7+ years experience with UNIX and Linux administration

    * 7+ years experience in supporting UNIX and Windows DNS/DHCP
environments

    * 7+ years experience with NIS, NIS+, and LDAP environments

    * Understand DMZ environments, enterprise security and risk,
hardware and software configuration across a broad spectrum

    * Ability to keep up with hardware and software industry trends/new
products

    * IT related technical certifications a plus, Net+, UNIX and/or
Linux administration certification, OEM certifications (Dell, Compaq,
HP, etc.)

    * Strong understanding of the Exchange mail environment including spam

    * Strong understanding of running secure networks, hardening
servers, implementing and monitoring performance measures

Job Description:
The Windows Systems Administrator's role is to provide a single point of
contact for resolving technical problems with Windows, Exchange, Active
Directory and VMware servers.

The responsibilities include the following:

    * Primary responsibility for the day to day administration and
troubleshooting activities of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange 2003


    * Provide VMware support, as needed in a production environment by
troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions and implementing fixes


    * Conduct end user training for existing/new system features and
prepare necessary end-user documentation or training materials


    * Analyze existing technology and make recommendations for the
improvement and growth. Work with IT management team to understand
business requirements and help them understand how technology tradeoffs
influence strategy


    * Develop and maintain documentation of relevant system procedures
and functions; Ensure local business processes meet SOX criteria


    * Responsible for the Microsoft update release process and
maintenance of the WSUS system worldwide


    * Maintain of Anti virus solution and properly escalate virus treats

email server infrastructure that supports the business

windows administration is required.


    * B.S/B.A in Computer Science/MIS, related field or 8+ years
relevant experience


    * 7+ years experience in supporting UNIX and Windows DNS/DHCP
environments


    * 7+ years on complex Active Directory infrastructure, Exchange
2003/2007 and Microsoft core infrastructure technologies (AD, DNS/DHCP,
DFS, Clustering, Sharepoint, IIS, WSUS, Terminal Services, etc.).


    * 7+ years experience with Exchange 2003 to 2007 migration and
implementation/administration of redundant Exchange configuration
(cluster, etc.). Spam filtering.


    * IT related technical certifications ,MCSE 2003 certified,
certification in Exchange is a plus.


    * Understand DMZ environments, enterprise security and risk,
hardware and software configuration across a broad spectrum


    * Strong understanding of the Exchange mail environment including spam


    * Strong understanding of running secure networks, hardening
servers, implementing and monitoring performance measures


    * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; well developed
customer service abilities


    * Strong troubleshooting skills


    * Strong problem solving abilities
