I'm actually glad that most mail servers don't accept mail from dynamic
IPs, because that's one of the primary ways that spam gets around.  I
would recommend configuring your MTA to act as a relay to an MTA that
will accept mail from you, and make very sure that you don't allow
yourself to be an open relay (require encrypted authentication!).  I use
RRs MTA to relay my mail, personally...
