Not specific to small appliances, but I'd try McMaster and/or Grainger.

If they don't have what you need, or you want a local place, try calling
Charles Clayton at 220-1000. He's been fixing vacuum cleaners and sewing
machines for years, and if anyone in the area stocks small belts, I think he
would know who. If you meet him, ask if he's raced any go-karts lately and
how to pick a tractor...
