[TriLUG] Safest long-term media

After 5 years I had about a 3% failure rate with DVDs.  Worse about 
6% I could not read on the first try.  I tried different DVD drives 
and got half of the would not read on first try DVDs to read in a 
different drive.  Total tested DVDs was about 200.
