Yes, I know, which is why I specifically mentioned that we've already
attempted to contact all of the colo providers suggested in the last
thread. Mostly I'm wondering whether there are any lesser-known hosts
who could meet our requirements, or whether some of the unresponsive
colos listed in <http://ur1.ca/cnjs> are good enough that we should
attempt to contact by means other than email, though generally I
wouldn't consider it a good sign when a prospective host completely
ignores our initial message.
