[TriLUG] ISO boot loader OR not wasting CDs

I have had much the same desire, though mine was due to wanting to have the
ability to load up multpile rescue/utility CDs on one USB key.
(sysrescueCD, backtrack, and one other that escapes me right now.)

My Google Fu found several howtos on how to do this with a specific set of
ISOs, but no generalized rules that would allow me to plug in any ISOs that
I wanted.

Though now that I repeat my Google Fu, I discover that I may have been
mentally impaired that day.  It looks like there's some good general
information on the Hak5 Episode 524 show notes...
