I don't know if they have reached Franklinton yet, but you could also
check with AT&T U-Verse.  They are essentially BellSouth DSL, plus a
DSL-like video stream for 4 channels (single DVR with 4 record capability
and re-stream to up to 4 separate receivers around the house on your
local LAN), and VOIP phone service for up to two full local phone numbers
(provides POTS-like interface to your in-house phones).
