[TriLUG] Corporate library/usability centers?

Hi,

I'm trying to arrange a site visit for a small group of library Fellows 
and I wondered if anyone on this list might be able to put me in touch 
with local library or usability folks. I'm writing on behalf of the 
Triangle Research Libraries Network (NCSU, UNC, Duke, NCCU) partly, but 
mostly NC State.  If you know anyone in a corporate technology or patent 
position or in a usability center, I'd be most grateful if you could put 
me in touch with them.
