The title is too long. Job-title length is somewhat proportional to 
expected (but usually unpaid) overtime or middle-of-the-night-emergency 
stuff, and inversely proportional to pay. "We cannot afford to give the 
secretary a raise. We'll make her a communications specialist 
administrator, ask her to do some tech writing, and hope she stays." She 
doesn't. She used to do the backups, too. Now HR is looking for a 
Communications Specialist Administrator at $11/hour who can do tech 
writing and can manage backups. "Must have 3 yrs exp with ZilchCoTronixx 
Autobarkup Recover System."

Sorry, my jaundiced views are peeking out from under my hat. Please 
don't believe everything I say.
