[TriLUG] DNS/DHCP Server revisited

I run dnsmasq on my WRT-54GL using the Tomato firmware.  I recently
also installed OpenVPN, though I haven't used it since ssh works
mostly, and I can't seem to get network manager in ubuntu to handle
the openvpn connection.
