Try $800 for Axis. You pay for what you get, though. It does PoE and has
built in web server so you don't need a PC to run it. You are able to
record video on a PC from the built in web server. Has motion and audio
detection. Lots of IR lighting and housing options.

Hmm, ouch, ya, $100-140 range is OK for home, not sure about $400.  I've
flipped through the AVIS pages too but haven't priced those out yet.
Doesn't look like that linksys one is PoE but it is small and has decent
specs.  thanks.
