[TriLUG] creating an ext3 filesystem with 64k block size

I have an application where the vendor wants me to build a filesystem
with a 64k block size.  Looking at the man page in rhel 5.3 (32 bit), it
says that 4k is the largest.

Is there a way to make this happen in my current environment?
