[TriLUG] Icon copyrights

I did something similar to this, although the software provided was free. I contacted quite a few people (as many e-mail addresses as I could find off their website). It did take about a month to get a solid response... but I was basically told that since I was providing this for free and it was helpful to the community that played the game... they would allow/encourage it and not ask for any royalties.

Yes.  I have attempted contact, but thus far haven't gotten a
response....which prevents me from releasing my app with a good conscious.

Best bet is to ask the owners of the image.  Which i think you knew,
but you wanted an out.
