[TriLUG] OT - Recommend exchange-based email service provider

Sorry for the non-Linux question, but I need to find a good
exchange-based email provider for a small-medium company.  They need
100% availability from the server and have the capability to share
contacts, schedule meetings, book shared resources, etc.  They are
currently using RackSpace as their provider and are looking to make a
change to an exchanged-based provider.
