[TriLUG] Tinycore / Microcore

I have spent the better part of a few days playing with tinycore and
microcore linux distribution, and must admit while very sexy due to
its use of resources (or is that non-use of resources), I am having a
hard time determining exactly where a distribution like this could
live in my hobby/sysadmin life. It does not seem to have a very robust
selection of packages available to it, and its use as a full desktop
is rather limited. Is anyone using tinycore for any service delivery
or recovery type of operations?
