Wow, 40x40 for $950 a month is a *STEAL* compared to data center bandwidth prices.

The two largest data centers in RTP (Peak-10 and Hosted Solutions) both charge well north of $200/mo per Mbs (until you hit the 20Mbps barrier).

Consider yourself very lucky!
