[TriLUG] NCNearSpace balloon launch TRACKING ISSUES

Regarding the Ham Radio Tracking interface... I find that the APRS url has a 
fatal problem in Firefox UNDER WINDOWS, and it works only part of the time 
under Linux... currently (10:15 am), it reports Server Backend Error 502: 
Bad Gateway.
