you disassemble.

It's sitting on the ground (not in concrete). It's held 
together with galvanised bolts (no obvious rust). The bolts 
(hexagonal heads) at the top of the A frame (two at each 
end) have nuts on the other side (freshly sprayed with 
liquid wrench, just in case). The other bolts (also with 
hexagonal heads) terminate in wood, so I assume they're lag 
screws.
