[TriLUG] Resize GPT partion 2TB to 3TB XFS filesystem

I have a 2TB partion on a GPT labeled disk and I need to resize it to 3TB.  What's best way?
 
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (x86_64)
VERSION = 10
PATCHLEVEL = 2
 
 
GNU Parted 1.6.25.1
Using /dev/cciss/c1d0
(parted) print
