Aaron as always speaks wisdom. Look for the RTP stream dropping - and you'll *know* it's the firewall. It also sounds like you have silence suppression turned on somewhere. Turn it off.
I'll wager that your call drops almost exactly at 2min past the time the RTP stream starts up (the call is answered and you hear audio). That being the case, change your firewalls UDP Timeout from 120 seconds to 300 seconds.
