The three are

. Network address - all zeroes in the lower 2-4 bits as per your example
. Default router or gateway - sometimes the modem, sometimes bridged to a device on the provider side, the next hop for packets destined for somewhere other than that subnet
. Broadcast address - all ones in the lower bits
