[TriLUG] Raleigh and Cary: please vote today

Today is election day in Raleigh and Cary for municipal elections and 
for county board of education. Local legislation has a lot of direct 
impact on your life. Please research the candidates and go vote.

If you aren't familiar with the candidates, try searching for 
information about them online. Local newspapers, such as the Independent 
Weekly (http://www.indyweek.com/) and the News and Observer 
(http://www.newsobserver.com/) have reviews and voter guides. Please 
read these for perspective and then make your own decision.

For most precincts, there are only 4 or 5 races on the ballot. It should 
be very achievable for each person to make an educated vote on each race.
