I am also seeing packet loss from ae19.chrlncpop-rtr1.southeast.rr.com.
I started noticing this last Thursday evening. I've seen it be as high
as 80% packet loss, and as low as 4%, depending perhaps on when I
performed the test, or perhaps on what the destination is. That router
definitely does not seem to be OK.

I have the 30/5 service in Holly Springs.
