[TriLUG] where to report scam phone call

The police would be my first suggestion although I'm not sure what
about this would qualify for their attention unless they asked you for
a password and an IP number. I'm not sure there's any "crime" here.
You can try searching for the phone number and name the guy gave to
see what turns up.
