Red Hat's global customer support organization is adding a Lab Manager
to oversee the operation of Global Support Services (GSS) test lab
infrastructure in Raleigh.

Focus will be on hardware procurement, installation, configuration,
networking, maintenance, lab utilization, software license management,
user support, plus other lab management related activities and project
execution.

The primary aim of the role is to ensure that lab resources can
effectively support GSS associates to ensure superior customer experiences.
