[TriLUG] local wifi router

it never occurred to me that the tp-link stuff was any good but i went 
ahead and snagged one and it was surprisingly decent, the included 
firmware was functional enough that i didn't even bother to reflash it 
(although i wanted to have the option).  provided it keeps working, 
color me impressed.
