Dr. Brian Forrest (a cash and plastic only practice) is also very
affordable:

Office visits (after the 1st one) are $49, sports physicals are $29.
He's in northern Apex, near the intersection of Hwy 55 and Hwy 64.

When I broke my wrist a few years ago, the total cost to get it healed up,
including
3 office visits, 3 sets of x-rays (3 views each) w/ radiologist reports,
fancy splint,
meds, etc., was about $270.  No insurance was involved, I paid it all w/ my
HSA
debit card.
