I was getting something similar with wireless devices making excessive
DHCP requests on a WRT54 (not sure exactly which model off hand, but it
may be a GL also) running DD-WRT.  What was happening is that it was
requesting a new lease at the minimum lease time, which I increased.

The requests shown above are 10-20 seconds apart, which is really
excessive. Are you sure it is from a suspend resume or are there perhaps
multiple problems?

What is the state of these multiple lease files?  Do more than one of them
have an active binding state?
