[TriLUG] Good SSL Cert Providers

I believe Verisign has been purchased by Symantec.  I used to use Thawte for the most part, but their site is a bit more confusing than it used to be an a lot more expensive.  The $249 cert used to be a EV cert, now you need to pay $599 for an EV cert which is a bit much.
