I'd +1 setting up Samba on the server, so the Windows client can mount
a "native" CIFS share.

Windows SFU / SUA works OK, but it's more configuration on the Windows
side, as opposed to configuration on the Linux side :) So I suppose
the right answer for you depends on what you're more comfortable
configuring. As I said, I think "native" CIFS mount might be easier to
maintain in the long run.
