[TriLUG] TWC Cable Modem requirement for +30Mbps

The TWC installer told me, and I quote, "Good thing you have your own wfi,
because the wifi on this thing sucks." -> Referring to the Ubee. It has
been flawless as a bridge. Knock on wood. We run everything from a Linksys
E3000 router.
