[TriLUG] TWC Cable Modem requirement for +30Mbps

Actually, I tried the new speed before upgrading the modem (after the TWC rep enabled the higher speed).  Both speed-test.net and the TWC speed page gave me the same readings:  20Mbps down and 2Mbps up.  So, the original modem would not give me any higher speeds.
