[TriLUG] New Horizons real or scam?

I met with a man named Darrel at a building near RTP. He was really
selling it to me, and when they starting questioning about how soon i could
decide if I would be signing up and that they needed to know asap I got a
little worried.

On my way home I called a friend and asked them to look it up, they found
several message board postings about New Horizon being a scam and that they
had bad service, that the customer wasn't satisfied.

So I decided to ask TriLug, the people most likely to have heard of and
interacted with this group, to get some more opinions.
