[TriLUG] TWC Cable Modem Fee

Paul, Listers,

I too noticed the article discussing a cable modem fee. It was my
understanding provisioning a customer provided cable modem, was a
regional TWC decision. And at that time the local TWC office was not
able to provision a CPE (/Customer Premises Equipment/) modem.

Has this changed?

Cheers,
