[TriLUG] Need Dell Inspiron 1545 AC charger, PA-21 or PA-3E

It's often the power jack in the computer, rather than the AC
adapter/charger.
Try the AC adapter/charger on another computer, or just use a voltmeter to
see if it's putting out DC.
