[TriLUG] LPD printer queue not accepting jobs

The first thing I would try to rule out is on which end the problem lies. 
Have you tried printing from another Windows machine?  In other words, try
to determine if the problem with the PC that has the printer attached or
if it is a problem with trying to print from Ubuntu.

The other thing I can think of, though it may be obvious, is have you
properly set up the sharing and permissions on the printer?  It may not be
under the LPD service, but under networking, or even firewall (which is
another thing to check).
