[TriLUG] Kompozer for Ubuntu 12.10?

If I go here:
    http://www.kompozer.net/download.php

I see the message:
     "Warning: this version does NOT work with recent GNU/Linux distros."

If I download it anyway, it instantly works properly on my 10.04 Ubuntu 
system. On a 12.04 the same kompozer script does nothing, with no 
messages. (I don't have a 12.10 system to try).
