[TriLUG] search engine

I think that Yahoo, AltaVista, Bing/Live/MSN, AllTheWeb, and Lycos/Hotbot
are now all really just aliases for Bing.

Ixquick <https://www.ixquick.com/> calls itself "the world's most private
search engine."

DuckDuckGo <https://duckduckgo.com/> says they do "no tracking."

Ask <http://www.ask.com/>/AskJeeves is probably inferior.

Dogpile <http://www.dogpile.com/>, MetaCrawler <http://www.metacrawler.com/> &
Mamma <http://www.mamma.com> are probably the leading "meta-search" engines.

Clusty <http://clusty.com>/Yippy is another (but it seems to be very slow
today); I think their angle might be that they try to *not* return porn etc.

Scroogle is defunct.

Yandex <http://www.yandex.com> seems to be the new kid on the block, from
Motherrr Rrrussia.
