[TriLUG] Non-profit seeking bandwidth

I haven't been in that sector for some time, but TWC (at least in 2007)
gave a 20% or better discount
for non-profit bandwidth. Also, Dreamhost will host you for free.

Sounds like a perfect situation for Asterisk. This would, of course,
require the bandwidth.
