1st, I recommend the Steering Committee should find advocates for
women’s rights to speak occasionally at TriLUG. We have a celebrity
speaker in June, Cathy Davidson, who may be willing to speak on this

2nd,  I recommend nominating and voting in at least 1 female to the
steering committee to ensure equal representation.
